Victor is a great fan of the cinema: Godard, Pasolini, Truffaut are all his heroes... He goes to Paris, rents a box room and begins doing work experience at the TV station HT1. He meets people in his local district and a little despite himself, becomes a reporter for Télé Gaucho, a militant station that produces little anti-conformist programmes that are actually full-on anarchistic, broadcasting them every Saturday evening in the courtyard of the building. Victor meets Clara. Clara and Victor have a son, Antoine, as in Antoine Doinel. It's the Bohemian life...Through the absurd programmes put out by Télé Gaucho and with his little camera, Victor retraces an era, a fantasy of the 1970s lost in the 1990s...
