This internship offer is available from June 10, 2024 for a period of 6 months. The ideal would be to start between June 10 and 17, 2024 to be able to ensure a transfer of knowledge and techniques specific to audiovisual production with the previous intern.
This job does not offer teleworking and will be carried out entirely in Brussels.

Mission: You will strengthen the Production department and participate in project monitoring.
Examples of missions:
- Scenario analysis (French or English) and writing of reading sheets
- Assistance in monitoring the various administrative procedures linked to the Tax Shelter: submission of Tax Shelter approval applications, drafting of ceiling files and preparation of tax files
- Assistance in the preparation and monitoring of regional film financing files. Drafting of files and requests for subsidies, preparation of operating accounts.
- One-off executive production missions (search for sets, technical teams, monitoring of expenses, etc.)
- Various analyzes in the media industry and support of the department as a whole
Profile sought: You are completing bac +4 or +5 training and/or have prior experience in project management (ideally in film or audiovisual production). You speak English and French fluently because you will operate in an international environment. You are recognized for your rigor, your ability to establish priorities in accomplishing your tasks and you demonstrate great flexibility. You master the Office suite and the Adobe suite.
